  1. How Do I Create A List?
  2. How Do I Create A Task?
  3. How Do I Manage Tasks?
  4. What Else Can I Do in To-Do Lists?

How Do I Create A List?

To create a list, from the “Lists” page, tap the Edit button. Here you can create either a list with or without dates. If you create a dated list, all tasks will be sorted under due dates. If you create a non-dated list, tasks will not be associated with dates.

Once you tap on “Add Lists”, you will be prompted to create a list title. You can also turn on the badge number indicator. This will add the list into the badge counter on the home screen icon. Once you’re done, tap the “Lists” back button. Tap the Done button on the “Lists” screen.

How do I create a task?

Tap the list you want to create tasks in. This will bring you to the task view page. From here, hit the + button on the bottom left of the screen. A modal view will pop up. You can edit the title, due date, notes and action of the task from here. To change each attribute, tap on the table cell of each. For the title, and notes, you can use the keyboard. For the date, you can change it using the UIDatePicker, and for the action, you will be greeted with the Address Book. Once you’re done, hit the save button.

Completing a Task
There are two ways to complete a task. First, select a task by taping on it, then hit the check mark in the bottom toolbar. You know the item is complete when the check mark is green instead of gray. Secondly, you can swipe across the task cell on the screen. Again, the task check should turn green. If you’ve associated an action with your task, here is where you will be prompted to do the action.
